What we do: 

Shopping

On an on-going basis we need males and females, of all ages and demographics, to participate in our market research projects.

We need information from you, to have on file, to match the demographics and requirements of incoming research.

This can involve any of the following types of market research:

  • Going to a research facility to participate in a round table focus group session, a paired interview, a one-on one interview, or eye tracking research
  • At a research facility, watching advertising commercials, and clicking in your responses on a remote control
  • Watching movie or television previews, and filling out a questionnaire
  • On-line from home, where you would be asked to give your opinions on-line
  • Retail stores, where you walk through the store with a market research moderator
  • In your home where the research team would come to your residence
  • A friendship group, with you and a few friends in your home, where the research team would come to your residence
  • Product testing / taste testing at home prior to your research session
  • Using products in a test kitchen

We pay cash incentives that vary from project to project based on the length of time required. In-home interview cheques are mailed the next day following the session, and are the highest paying.

We also conduct research with children age 5 and up, and teens.

What we require from you:

  • Register either on-line, or by telephone
  • Understand that you may not qualify for all projects
  • If you are booked for a research session, arrive early, 15 minutes before your scheduled session
  • Give articulate, honest opinions
  • Have fun at your research project

Your commitment to participate is important to us. Call us, if you have been confirmed to participate in a research session and cannot attend, so we have time to replace your seat.

Please fill in only what applies to you, and what you are comfortable discussing in a group setting. Please be honest with your responses. We consistently look for users and non-users of products and services.

Sometimes clients look to speak with people who have used their product a long time ago, but not currently, to find out why they have stopped using it, or switched brands.

Answering yes to everything will not help you to participate in our research.

Compensation varies with each type of project and length of time required.

Consumer Questionnaire

The product questions are optional. However, all fields MUST be filled in, to submit. Fill in the fields with NA (Not Applicable) that don’t apply, you are not knowledgeable about, don’t use, or are uncomfortable discussing in a group setting or research interview.

Once you are register with us you will remain in our database, until you request to be removed. It is not necessary to re-register.

We do not sell or divulge any personal information to other parties.
